"I can't say enough good things about Steven! After years of using online-only insurance companies, I decided to give State Farm a try, and I'm so glad I did. Steven took the time to meet with me multiple times to go through EVERYTHING. He compared my old policy line by line with what State Farm could offer, and we ended up getting coverage for 2 cars and 2 houses while actually saving a lot of money. What really impressed me was how he educated me throughout the process. He explained insurance terms I'd never really understood before, helped me look up my car's value in the Kelly Blue Book, and discussed what levels of coverage made sense for MY specific situation. He even recommended a defensive driving course (which we could take online) that significantly reduced our premiums. Steven also went above and beyond when I was buying one of my homes. The property needed some trees cut down to maintain a good premium, but it was impossible to get contractors scheduled in the required timeframe. Steven worked hard to get me an extension so I could still get the house insured without issue. He handled the communication with my mortgage lender for the home insurance premium. The coordination was top-notch from start to finish. When we purchased a car, I emailed Steven the VIN and quickly had my temporary Insurance Card to give the dealership to complete the paperwork. Steven is incredibly responsive. Whether I call, email, or meet in person, he's always available and gets back to me quickly. It's such a comfort knowing I have an actual person I can reach out to if I ever need help with something quickly or have questions. State Farm has all the modern online tools, but with the added benefit of having someone who truly has your back. Highly recommend!"

If you had such a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, you would not be using profane language, yelling at me or anybody who brought up concerns about your behavior as well as Sara’s and anybody else’s in the office. Also, anybody can write a review about an experience they had with this office. You are just someone who does not want to take feedback and admit when you’re wrong. Horrible experience with this office. Ken was very aggressive, judgmental, and dismissed my concerns, and Sara was aggressive and judgmental too. Do not claim to be inclusive and empathetic, only to turn around and abruptly cut someone off, dismiss someone’s concerns, jump to conclusions, and raise your voice. I forwarded my terrible experience to State Farm Insurance Company, and they showed empathy and said they do not condone this office’s behavior. Ken, just because you are an Independent Contractor, does not mean you can say and do whatever you want. You have to answer to a boss, and you’re lucky to have a job."
